Transcriptome sequencing of the polyembryonic parasitic wasp Copidosoma floridanum by using Illumina sequencing platform. This species is particularly unique in that it produces more than two thousand clonal progeny per egg. Using this feature, the development of a single male egg (haploid) can be studied.
